Winter maintenance and snow-cleaning of the street network in settlements in Troyan municipality by lots: 1. ‘Winter maintenance and snow removal of the street network in Balabansko’; 2. ‘Winter maintenance and snow removal of the Belish street network’; 3. ‘Winter maintenance and snow removal of the street network in the village of Gumoshtnik’; 4. ‘Winter maintenance and snow removal of the street network in Patreshko’; 5. “Winter maintenance and snow removal of the street network in the Beklemeto Tourist Complex. 6. ‘Winter maintenance and snow-cleaning of the street network in Popishka’ The subject of this public procurement procedure concerns winter maintenance and snow-cleaning of the street network in the towns and villages of the municipality of Troyan. According to Regulation No RD-02-20-19 of 12 November 2012 on the maintenance and ongoing repair of roads - level of winter maintenance ‘D’ corresponding to the object of this procedure, the requirement for the operating condition of the traffic road during snow removal, the permissible thickness of the snow cover during snowfall must not be more than 10 cm. The maximum time limit for carrying out activities to combat winter slippery roads is 8 hours.
