Description

The contracting authority intends to purchase the Grand Hall of Kaunas City Municipality, the Small Hall of the Municipality and other premises at Laisvės al. 96, Kaunas, the provision of services for the development and maintenance of the functionality of video, audio, webcast, discussion and voting hardware and software referred to in Annex 2 to the Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "services"), together with the supply of goods referred to in Annex 3 to the Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "goods"). The requirements for the subject-matter of the contract are set out in Annex 10 to the Specific Terms and Conditions. If necessary, the Buyer may purchase goods not specified in the list, but related to the subject of the purchase up to 10 per cent of the initial contract value. Goods not included in the list of goods, but related to the subject of the purchase, will be paid for no more than on the day of the order at the supplier's point of sale, catalogue or website at the current prices of these goods or, if such prices are not published, at the prices offered by the supplier, competitive and market-conform.
