Description

Kokkolan kaupunki (jäljempänä myös "Tilaaja") rakennuttaa Halkokarin koulun ja päiväkodin uudisrakennuksen tarjouspyyntöasiakirjoissa esitetyssä laajuudessa. Hankkeen urakkamuotona on jaettu urakka, jossa rakennusurakoitsija toimii projektin pääurakoitsijana. Talotekniikkaurakat toteutetaan pääurakkaan alisteisina sivu-urakoina. Rakennusurakoitsija vastaa pääurakoitsijana hankkeen kokonaisuudesta sekä sivu-urakoiden yhteensovittamisesta. Hankinnan kohde on tarkemmin kuvattu hankintailmoituksen liitteissä. Tarjouksen jättäminen edellyttää kohteeseen tutustumista 15.6.2026 tai 22.6.2026 klo 12.00-14.00 rakennuspaikalla Halkokarintie 20 67300 Kokkola.
