The need for the site is determined, for example, whether it is a renovation, new construction or complementary acquisition. The procurement is divided into two (2) sub-areas as follows: Sub-topic 1: Office furniture Sub-topic 2: Soundproof workspaces and withdrawal rooms The offer can be submitted in one or both areas. The decision will be taken separately for each sub-area. Four (4) framework contractors will be selected for both areas. If the number of accepted tenders is not reached, the contracting entity may select all accepted tenders. If the same supplier is selected for both areas, HUS reserves the right to combine the products for the same contract. The duration of the contract is two (2) years, after which the contract can be extended by two (2) one (1) year option periods. The estimated total value of the acquisition (VAT 0%) is EUR 10 000 000. This is an estimate and the contracting entity does not commit itself to the stated amounts in euros and the actual amounts of consumption indicated in the invitation to tender.
