Pagrindinis produktas, kurio gamybai skirta numatoma įsigyti technologinė linija, yra šaldyta žuvies filė. Žuvies faršo gamyba kaip papildomas gamybos procesas pasirinkta siekiant kuo efektyviau išnaudoti filė gamybos proceso metu susidarančias žuvies liekanas. Žuvies faršas gaminamas iš filė gamybos liekanų, begalvių išdarinėtų žuvų ir nugarkaulio dalių. Toks atskyrimas leidžia žuvies faršo pavidalu gauti 15 – 30 % daugiau mėsos, negu bekaulės filė gamyboje.
