Description

The contracting authority would like to receive tenders for the delivery of the following:
Access to supplementary user rights to software (licences) and software maintenance, within the function areas that the contracting authority currently covers through licences from, amongst others, the rightful owners listed in Annex 1.
The procurement must, thus, cover the contracting authority's need for licences and software maintenance for existing and future licences within the applicable function areas, cf. SSA-R Annex 1. Support services are also included, to the degree that they are included in the rightful owner's or the supplier's offered software maintenance.
The contracting authority would like to enter into parallel framework agreements with three tenderers.
