Skien municipality hereby invites tenderers to a Dialogue Conference in advance of the procurement - Ibsen Library.
The Ibsen Library will be a library, a residential service and an Ibsen dissemination centre. In recent
years, several municipalities have recognised the opportunities that lie in co-locating public services through,
for example, moving municipal service centres to libraries, thereby making it easier for people to
get answers to questions about municipal services.
