Description

The subject of the public contract was the conclusion of a framework agreement within the meaning of Paragraph 131 et seq. AVAILABLE. The Framework Agreement was concluded for a period of 4 years (48 months) (‘the Framework Agreement’). The framework agreement was concluded between the above-mentioned contracting authority and one participant in the procurement procedure. The subject-matter of the contract shall include: (a) the supply of hardware (hereinafter referred to as ‘HW’), including related standard software in the current version (hereinafter referred to as ‘SW’), hereinafter referred to as ‘devices’, and the granting/ensuring of licences for the respective SW supplied; pilot operation of the SW-controlled access layer of the network; c) provision of 60-month warranty support for supplied HW equipment SW controlled access layer of the VZP CR network; free take-back of existing decommissioning facilities; e) providing training certified by the manufacturer for the administration and configuration of the supplied SW-controlled access layer for 3 employees of the contracting authority for a minimum of 5 days in the Czech or Slovak language.
