Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa specjalistycznej aparatury medycznej. (CPV: 33100000-1 Urządzenia medyczne). Przedmiot zamówienia podzielony jest na 7 części (pakietów), szczegółowo wskazane w zał. nr 1 B do SIWZ (opis przedmiotu zamówienia).
Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określający wymagania Zamawiającego, ilości zawarte są w zał. nr 1B do SIWZ – opis przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ) oraz zał. nr 1 A do SIWZ – formularz asortymentowo-cenowy. Wykonawca wypełniając wskazane pozycje potwierdza spełnianie wymagań określonych przez Zamawiającego.
Oferowany przedmiot zamówienia musi być fabrycznie nowy, kompletny, o wysokim standardzie zarówno pod względem jakości jak i funkcjonalności, a także wolny od wad materiałowych, konstrukcyjnych i prawnych.
Oferowany przedmiot zamówienia musi być dopuszczony do obrotu i używania zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa.
