Description

2.1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa przewozu osób zastępczą komunikacją autobusową
w zamian za odwołane w całości lub na części tras pociągi na liniach kolejowych
w relacjach pośrednich i bezpośrednich według rozkładu jazdy dostarczonego przez Zamawiającego. Do obowiązków Wykonawcy należeć będzie również pozostawanie w gotowości w sytuacji nadzwyczajnych lub losowych przerw w ruchu pociągów pasażerskich takich jak: klęski żywiołowe, awarie, wszelkie przerwy w ruchu, strajki w przypadku, gdy zlecenie obsługi przez Zamawiającego nie obejmuje dyspozycji wyjazdu.
