This framework agreement concerns the cleaning and hygiene services of the interior parts of the various premises (administrative and school) of the heritage of the City of CORBEIL-ESSONNES, the maintenance of glass surfaces, the treatment of household waste (sorting), the supply of hygiene consumables. The contract is divided into tranches: one firm tranche (cleaning of the education and non-education sector which includes the other buildings and the social sector) and two optional tranches -Optional Strand 1: cleaning of the municipal technical service (STM) upon acceptance of the works in the provisional period of September 2026. -Optional Strand 2: Cleaning of the Magic Mirror marquee, at the reception of the works at the provisional period of September/October 2025. The services will be carried out according to the phasing and schedule established in agreement between the City of CORBEIL-ESSONNES and the service provider and according to the scheduled ad hoc requests. It is up to the service provider to appreciate the importance of the task and to propose, thanks to his professional knowledge, the modifications that are necessary to obtain a correct realization of the operation in accordance with the objectives of the City of CORBEIL-ESSONNES. The service provider remains responsible for forecasting all the means necessary for the technical quality of this operation, within the deadlines and schedules set. The nature of the services is detailed in the Special Technical Specifications (STS) and its annexes. The services provided under this framework agreement are subject in their implementation to the General Administrative Provisions for Supplies and Services (GATS) of the Order of 31 March 2021.
