Description

The object is a new construction of a two-storey school building on the Johann Rist Gymnasium site at 22880 Wedel, Am Redder 8. It consists of classrooms, two WC cores with technical rooms and areas known as learning landscapes. The patio courtyard is centrally located in the building. The entrances are via the western and eastern entrances. The building has a floor area of approximately 1 602 m². The building will be built on a bunkering system. The general supply to the building is provided from the Low Voltage Network of the Local Power Operator (DSO) Stadtwerke Wedel (STW). The new building to be constructed will be powered by the connection in the HA connection room (bunker), taking into account the normal values for the voltage. A photovoltaic installation will be installed on the roof surface, taking into account the possibilities of construction.
