Fortführung/Verlängerung der bereits publizierten Bekanntmachung 2012/S 69-114831.
Dieses Prüfungssystem (Connexio) dient der Prüfung/Qualifikation von Unternehmen für die in Abschnitt II. Punkt 4 genannten Produkte und/oder Dienstleistungen. Das Prüfungssystem basiert auf dem von Achilles im Auftrag von mehreren Versorgungsunternehmen(Energie- und Wasserversorger) aus Deutschland, Ost- und Zentraleuropa betriebenen Online-Lieferanteninformationssystem Connexio. Connexio ermöglicht potentiellen oder aktuellen Lieferanten von Versorgungsunternehmen durch die Beantwortung eines Online-Fragebogens (Lieferantenselbstauskunft) Angaben und Daten zur ihrer geschäftlichen Tätigkeit einmalig für alle EVU User einzugeben und zu speichern.
Achilles prüft die von den Lieferanten eingegebenen Daten mit Hilfe einer formalen Programmroutine auf deren Vollständigkeit, Widerspruchsfreiheit und Übereinstimmung mit dem Anforderungsprofil, sowie teilweise auf inhaltliche Richtigkeit (Präqualifizierung Stufe 1). Die genauen Kriterien der Überprüfung (Stufe 1) werden von den Versorgungsunternehmen, die Connexio einsetzen, festgelegt. Die teilnehmenden Versorgungsunternehmen behalten sich vor, die Kriterien von Zeit zu Zeit anzupassen oder zu ändern. Die teilnehmenden Versorgungsunternehmen haben dadurch 24 Stunden am Tag, 365 Tage im Jahr über eine passwortgeschützte Internetseite Zugriff auf die erhobenen und von Achilles geprüften Lieferantendaten.
