Provision of chemical reagents to patients in the Medical Analysis Laboratory, according to SPECIFICATIONS, by concluding a Framework Agreement- 48 months with the economic operator whose admissible bid will rank 1,2, 3 in the ranking drawn up based on the award criterion referred to in point II.2.5 of the Procurement Data Sheet. Watch out! The number of days until which clarifications may be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/candidates is 20 days The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information that were sent within the deadline stipulated in the contract notice, on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders/candidates. The contracting authority is not obliged to respond to requests for clarifications/additional information that have not been addressed within the time limit set out in the point invoked above.
