Description

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a new heavy rescue and firefighting car with specialist equipment for the Voluntary Fire Brigade in Sępolno Wielki. 2. The car must meet the requirements of: 1) the provisions of the Road Traffic Act of 20 June 1997 (Journal of Laws 2023, item 1047, as amended), together with the implementing provisions, taking into account the requirements for privileged vehicles. 2) Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 20 June 2007 on the list of products intended to ensure the principles of public safety or protection of health and life and property, as well as the rules for issuing the release of these products for use (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws No 143, item 1002, 2010, item 553, 2018, item 984 and 2022, item 2282). 3) Ordinances of Ministers: Internal Affairs, National Defence, Finance and Justice of 22 March 2019 on the technical conditions of special vehicles and vehicles used for special purposes of the Police, the Internal Security Agency, the Intelligence Agency, the Military Counterintelligence Service, the Military Intelligence Service, the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau, the Border Guard, fiscal control, the Customs Service, the Prison Service and the Fire Service (Journal Journal of Laws 2019, item 594). 3. The car must have a valid certificate of approval issued by the CNBOP-PIB in Józefów near Otwock and be marked with the operational numbers of the State Fire Service in accordance with Order No. 1 of the Commander-in-Chief of the State Fire Service of 24 January 2020 on transport management in organisational units of the State Fire Service, as amended. 4.
