The operation of Longpré-les-Corps-Saints, a former working-class city located in Cité Leclerc, will be divided into two phases, a first phase which constitutes the present consultation, namely the construction of 17 individual dwellings and a second phase which will consist of the construction of 21 individual dwellings, a provisional consultation in the fourth quarter of 2026, when the demolition works of the second phase will be carried out.
