Description

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a training service involving the preparation and provision of specialised training courses for UKNF staff on the following subjects:
training No 1 – ‘Operational risk – operational risk management process in banks, business continuity plans in banks, IT security’ – for 2 groups of up to 25 persons,
training 2 – “Credit risk – the impact of off-balance-sheet operations on credit risk with a particular focus on off-balance sheet derivatives and the use of the credit limit for derivatives.” – for 2 groups of up to 25 persons,
(C) Training No 3 – “Risk management in banks’ activities – indicator analysis” – for 2 groups of up to 25 persons,
(D) Training 4 – “Study and reporting on risk concentrations and intragroup transactions at the level of insurance groups and financial conglomerates and in banks” for 1 group up to 25 persons.
2. The framework programmes for all trainings, containing detailed topics to be presented during the training, are set out in Annex 2 to the ToR.
3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Annex 2 to the ToR.
4. Form of training: seminar with case analysis elements, exercises.
5. The detailed training programmes will be drawn up by the Contractor within 5 days from the date of signature of the contract on the basis of the specific issues set out in the training framework, i.e. in Annex 2 to the ToR, and will be subject to written approval by the Contracting Authority.
6. Within 3 days of the date of signature of the Contract, the Contractor shall submit to the Contracting Authority, for acceptance, a proposal for a deadline for the training.
7. Description by names and codes as defined in the common CPV Procurement Vocabulary:
80511000-9 Personnel training services.
8. The contracting authority divided the subject matter of the contract into 4 lots:
(a) Part 1 – Training 1 – ‘Operational risk – Bank operational risk management process, bank business continuity plans, IT security’.
(b) Part 2 – Training 2 – ‘Credit risk – credit risk impact of off-balance sheet operations with a particular focus on off-balance sheet derivatives and the use of the credit limit for derivatives’.
(C) Part 3 – Training No 3 – ‘Training No 3 – ‘Risk management in banking activities – Indicator analysis’.
(D) Part 4 – Training No 4 – ‘Study and reporting on risk concentrations and intragroup transactions at the level of insurance groups and financial conglomerates and in banks’.
9. The contractor may submit a tender for any quantity of lots.
10. The contracting authority foresees the following number of days for each training course and the number of editions of each training course:
(a) Training 1 – “Operational risk management process at banks, bank business continuity plans, IT security” (3 day training – 2 training sessions).
