Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of cleaning products, hygiene and aesthetics as well as biodegradable dishes and cutlery, divided into five parts: 2. The subject of the contract was divided into the following 5 lots: 1) Part 1: Supply of professional cleaning products; 2) Part 2: Supply of economic goods; 3) Part 3: Supply of disposable (biodegradable) dishes; 4) Part 4: Supply of disposable (biodegradable) cutlery; 5) Part 5: Delivery of disposable (biodegradable) cups. 3. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is provided in Annex 5 to the SWZ (Operational and technical requirements - WET) – concerning Lot No 3,4,5. 4. The contracting authority in respect of lot No 3,4,5 requires the submission of the means of proof referred to in the procurement documents (SWZ) together with the tender. 5. The detailed quantitative specification shall specify: 1) Annex 1A to the SWZ – for part 1, 2) Annex 1B to the SWZ – for part 2, 3) Annex 1C to the SWZ – for part 3, 4) Annex 1D to the SWZ – for part 4, 5) Annex 1E to the SWZ – for part 5, - depending on the part for which the Contractor will apply. At the same time, those annexes constitute forms for calculating the offer price. 6. The draft provisions of the contract are also an integral part of the description of the subject-matter of the contract (Annex 4 to the SWZ). 7.
