Description

Im Rahmen eines Verhandlungsverfahrens gemäß § 17 VgV mit einem vorgeschalteten Teilnahmewettbewerb sollen Planungsleistungen und die Begleitung der Umsetzung für die "Grüne Promenade", welche im Westen der Altstadt liegt und an den Ziegelsee und Stadtsee angrenzt, vergeben werden. Die Maßnahme befindet sich in der städtebaulichen Gesamtmaßnahme "Hafen-/Bahnflächen".
Zu erbringen sind Planungsleistungen des Leistungsbildes Freianlagen gemäß §§ 38-40 HOAI in Verbindung mit Anlage 11 HOAI sowie besondere Leistungen. Es handelt sich um einen Stufenvertrag, zunächst werden nur die Leistungsphasen 1-3 beauftragt.
Als besondere Leistungen sind geplant:
1) Variantenerstellung in Leistungsphase 3
2) Teilnahme an relevanten Ausschüssen, Gremiensitzungen und Öffentlichkeitsveranstaltungen
3) Mitwirken bei der Beantragung und Abrechnung von Fördermitteln
4) Erstellen von einreichungsfertigen Baumfällanträgen
5) Überwachung der Mängelbeseitigung innerhalb der Verjährungsfrist
