Description

The Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment for South Ostrobothnia requests your offer for public transport services between 1 August 2025 and 31 July 2027. Transport is procured on a gross contract. Gross contract means a public transport service contract referred to in the Decree on Public Service Contracts (1370/2007) and the Act on Public Contracts in Special Sectors (1398/2016), where the ticket revenue risk lies with the transport subscriber. The transport services included in this procurement will be granted an exclusive right in accordance with the Service Contract Regulation by means of a separate administrative decision.
