The subject of the contract is the provision of services for testing samples of liquefied gas (LPG) as part of the fuel quality monitoring and control system implemented by the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection by means of the Trade Inspectorate pursuant to the Act of 25 August 2006 on the fuel quality monitoring and control system (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2024, item 1209, as amended). 2.
