Description

In the coming years, a "school and sports campus" is to be built at the Friedrichsthal primary school site. In addition to an already completed primary school, a multifunctional, barrier-free sports hall is planned, which will offer space for up to 400 spectators as a meeting place. The club home of the football club will be integrated and outdoor sports facilities will be built for school and public use. PRINCIPLE: It is the parcel 40 of the corridor 2, district Friedrichsthal with a total size of 29,446m2. In addition to the sports hall, there is a football lawn and training area as well as the newly built school building with break areas and parking space. The topography of the property is flat. The plot is part of the development plan No. 110 and is located in the protection zone IIIB of the water protection area Oranienburg-Sachsenhausen as well as in the landscape protection area "Obere Havelniederung". A construction road about 100 m long leads from the main road to the sports hall building planned in the rear part of the property, where there is space for manoeuvring the construction site vehicles. The construction work takes place during the ongoing school operation. The safety of children and teachers must be ensured at all times.
