Description

Целта на провеждане на настоящата открита процедура е сключване на рамково споразумение за възлагане на обществената поръчка, въз основа на което ще се сключват индивидуални договори по реда на чл. 82 от ЗОП. Изхождайки от прогнозните потребности за едногодишен период, с предвиждане на експлоатационен резерв и съобразявайки се със складовите наличности, необходимият обем от чугунени калодки за обезпечаване експлоатационната дейност на „БДЖ - Товарни превози” ЕООД за тригодишен период е 1 540 тона, тип Р10-250 и тип Р10-320, разпределени по години от действието на рамковото споразумение, съгласно Спецификацията за доставка на чугунени калодки за подвижен железопътен състав, на „БДЖ-ТП” ЕООД за период от три години, както следва:
I-ви едногодишен период - чугунени калодки тип Р10-250 и тип Р10-320 – 500 тона;
II-ри едногодишен период - чугунени калодки тип Р10-250 и тип Р10-320 – 513тона;
III–ти едногодишен период - чугунени калодки тип Р10-250 и тип Р10-320 – 527 тона.
