Description

The object of the contract is the provision of support services for the attention to the public, cultural revitalization and development of library activities in the complementary opening hours of the Library of La Rioja. The services covered by the contract include, inter alia, the provision of the following services: consultation, general and bibliographic information, loan and return of copies, audition and viewing of audiovisual materials, access to databases and the Internet, attention to the public, and realization, attention and assistance of cultural activities in the complementary opening hours of the Library of La Rioja, located in Merced Street, 1 of Logroño. The scope of the contract includes, in addition to the provision of library services, the dissemination through the web and social networks of the activities and projects of the center, in order to increase levels of attendance and promote interaction with citizens and visitors. For this purpose it is necessary to include in the contract communication services and dissemination of activities of cultural interest, especially at certain times of the year or commemorative dates related to culture.
