Description

1. The subject of this contract is ‘Selection of an active net electricity supplier and coordinator of a low-voltage balancing group for the needs of RHIF Lovech’. The supply of electricity must be in accordance with the regulations in force: Energy Act (EA), Electricity Trading Rules (ETR) and Electricity Quantity Measurement Rules (EQMA). With regard to the planning and negotiation of specific quantities of net active electricity, GETs shall be applied. 2. The performance of the subject-matter of the contract shall include the performance of the following main activities: 2.1. Supply of the required quantities of net active electricity for low voltage, referred to in point 2.4 of the Technical Requirements and Specifications, Annex to this documentation, with possible deviations in a positive or negative direction. The estimated amount of electricity of 45 MWh does not oblige the Employer to consume it. The Assignor reserves the right to change the quantity consumed depending on the need, and the Contractor undertakes to deliver the required amount of electricity per day, per month and for the entire period of delivery. 2.2. Preparation of all necessary documents for registration of the Employer's sites on the free electricity market and completion of the full procedure for their registration. 2.3. Inclusion of the Contracting Authority as an indirect member of the balancing group of the Contractor under the Electricity Trading Rules (ETR), without the Contracting Authority paying a registration and participation fee. 2.4. Energy monitoring, forecasting the power consumption of the Employer and compiling hourly consumption schedules. Notification (registration) of the hourly schedules in the MMS of ESO, as well as carrying out all necessary activities related to the participation of the Contracting Authority on the free electricity market, in accordance with the Energy Efficiency Plan, the Energy Efficiency Act and the Energy Efficiency Plan.
