Description
1. The subject of the contract is the installation of a photovoltaic installation in: a) Continuing Education Center No. 5 at ul. Minsk 1/5 in the Praga-Południe district in Warsaw; b) Vocational Training Centre No. 1 at ul. Berek Joselewicza 4 in the Praga-Południe district in Warsaw; c) District Office of Education Finance at ul. Grochowska 262 in the Praga-Południe district of Warsaw. 2. The scope of the contract includes: 1) preparation of design documentation for the installation of a photovoltaic installation in facilities with the necessary arrangements and opinions required by specific regulations, 2) purchase and delivery of a photovoltaic installation in facilities, in accordance with the technical documentation, 3) execution of construction works consisting in the installation of a photovoltaic installation in facilities, on the basis of the documentation made, together with the necessary accompanying infrastructure and author's supervision, 4) installation of photovoltaic panels on the roof surface of buildings in a non-invasive system, i.e. without violating the continuity of thermal insulation and moisture-proof roof area. 3. The detailed description and scope of works are specified in the Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) constituting Annex 11 to the SWZ. Note: The works concern active objects. Installation works on the roofs of the Continuing Education Center No. 5 at ul. Minsk 1/5, Vocational Training Center No. 1 at ul. Berek Joselewicza 4 and the District Office of Education Finance at ul. Grochowska 262 in Warsaw will be possible after the renovation of the cover by the Ordering Party. Vocational Training Centre No. 1 at ul. Berek Joselewicza 4 in Warsaw is entered in the municipal register of monuments (GEZ). In the Vocational Training Centre No. 1 at ul. Berek Joselewicza 4 in Warsaw is installed a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 22.30 kWp. The support structure, designed for a flat roof, will be installed in a non-invasive way on the roofs of buildings. The Contractor must obtain a model distribution agreement with Stoen Operator Sp. z o.o. and deliver it to the Ordering Party for its conclusion. The Contractor must agree in Stoen Operator Sp. z o.o. a new measuring system and its new location in an easily accessible place. All materials (in particular photovoltaic panels) after delivery to the construction site, before assembly, will be checked by the Ordering Party in terms of meeting the conditions of SWZ and submitted certificates and data sheets.
