Language training services
The target of the procurement is the language training services provided by the PRH. As a rule, language training is carried out as face-to-face training, but the Supplier must also be able to organise the training remotely. The target group of the language training is PRH staff, which includes a wide range of experts and office staff from different fields. The aim is to maintain and develop the language skills needed in the work and duties of the personnel and to provide them with the ability to communicate effectively and securely in various work situations and in international cooperation. Language training is planned and implemented on a need-based basis two (2) times a year. Language training services are organised in cooperation with the Supplier. The supplier is responsible for the planning and implementation of language training. The acquisition consists of English, Swedish, German, French and Chinese language courses of different levels (European Framework of Reference for Languages). The PRH reserves the right to obtain language training services from the Supplier other than the aforementioned languages. NOTIFICATION OF THE MARKET DISTRIBUTION Please note that this notification is a prior information notice. This notice does not invite tenders. The prior information notice is accompanied by an invitation to a market prospection, in which case interested parties will have the opportunity to engage in a market dialogue on the procurement with the contracting entity. The purpose of the market dialogue is to hold a general discussion on the subject matter of the procurement and its definition. The market dialogue shall not bind the contracting entity to carry out the procurement. Furthermore, the market dialogue does not bind the supplier interested in the procurement to any subsequent participation in the tender. Suppliers interested in the procurement are kindly requested to provide their contact information on the attached Forms form by 24.9.2025 at 12.00 noon: https://forms.office.com/e/zKxgqs4vHT The intention is to send draft material related to the procurement by e-mail to interested suppliers for written comments at the end of approximately week 39. The description of the procurement and other information provided in the pre-information notice are preliminary and indicative pre-information. Participants in the market consultation shall not be remunerated for their participation in the market dialogue. Hansel Oy plays a consultative role in the procurement.
