The subject-matter of the contract includes the supply by purchase of 110 kV open switchgear voltage metering transformers, including acceptance tests, on the basis of supply orders sent by the contracting authority. The basic and specific technical requirements, technical characteristics and operating conditions are set out in the technical specifications of the procurement documents. The contract will be concluded for a period of 54 (fifty-four) months. Contracts for supplies under the concluded contract may be sent during the first 48 (forty-eight) months from the date of its entry into force, depending on the specific needs of the contracting authority.
