The objective of this call for tenders is to optimise the contracting authority’s need for printing (via printers and MFPs) and for copying and scanning (via the MFPs). The contracting authority wishes to achieve this objective by means of a European tender for the rental and maintenance of printers and MFPs and the provision of software and supplies by means of an open procedure. This call for tenders will have to ensure uniform provision of services, pricing, expiry date and conditions for the contracting authority.
