Description

We are looking for a digital agency that supports the University Hospital and the locations Sankt Josef Hospital, Ruhrland Hospital, Herzzentrum Essen Huttrop and West German Proton Therapy Center Essen in the development and implementation of a digital strategy that optimizes clinical processes, improves communication with patients and relatives and supports research and teaching activities. The digital agency must be able to deal with the different requirements of the different locations and develop a holistic solution that integrates all locations. Furthermore, it is necessary to develop digital strategies, as well as the design of websites and mobile applications, the implementation of patient portals and electronic health records, the optimization of search engines and the implementation of social media campaigns. The contract is divided into three sections: Lot 1: - Digital communication - Corporate design - Coordination - Software development Lot 2: - IT/data protection concept Lot 3: - Personnel campaign It is possible to apply for one or more lots.
