Description

Morsø Municipality hereby offers cleaning equipment and products. The tender concerns supplies to the Municipality of Morsø, hereinafter referred to as the provider. Delivery must be made to all the department and institutions of Morsø Municipality.
In accordance with clause 4 of the contract, the duration of the contract will be 1 December 2012 until 30 November 2014, with an option of 2x12 months’ extension.
Morsø Municipality has approximately 21 500 inhabitants and an area of 363.3 km².
The turnover and the choice of products are estimated quantities and are therefore purely indicative and not a firm order for those quantities.
The offeror therefore undertakes to purchase only the quantity corresponding to actual consumption.
The tender documentation has been drawn up on the basis of the current municipal structure. This structure could eventually be changed, for example by merging institutions, departments, etc., with fewer delivery points, but there may also be sharing and thus more places of delivery.
