Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of medical materials for maxillary surgery. A detailed description of the subject of the contract contains a price sheet (Annex 1a to the SWZ). This description should be read together with any changes to the content of the FTZ, e.g. as a result of the answers given to the Contractors' inquiries. The quantities given are estimated needs and are used to calculate the price of the tender (i.e. to set the maximum remuneration of the contractor). The Ordering Party reserves the right to resign from purchasing a part of the assortment resulting from the lack or reduction of demand.
