Description

The subject of the order are successive deliveries of drugs and diagnostic agents in the assortments and quantities provided in the price form constituting Annex 2 to the FTZ and in accordance with the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 4 to this FTZ. The Contracting Authority guarantees that the minimum value of deliveries during the term of the contract will be 75% of the maximum value of the Contractor's remuneration for a given task, as specified in the price form constituting Annex 1 to the contract – it does not apply to tasks Nos 8, 9, 11, 12, 14. The Contracting Authority informs that in the procedure in question, conducted under the open tender procedure, it provides for the possibility of using the procedure referred to in Article 139 sec. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, using the above procedure, the Contracting Authority will first examine and evaluate the tenders, and then make a qualitative selection of the Contractor whose tender was the highest rated in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure.
