Description

The subject of the procurement is the removal of waste that has been improperly disposed of in bulk on the site (storage embankment of ‘plastic waste’) and its disposal (final disposal operations) and/or recovery (final recovery operations) in accordance with the Waste Management Act (NN Nos 84/21, 142/23) and subordinate legislation, which includes the loading, transport and disposal and/or recovery of waste. The tendered item must enable loading into vehicles (closed to waste disposal), weighing at the nearest location, transport to the waste management site, and disposal and/or recovery in the total estimated amount of 3,500.00 tonnes, in an appropriate and appropriate manner, in accordance with the Waste Management Act, the conditions and requirements of the Procurement Document and the planned deadlines
