Description

Op 5 juli 2022 heeft HDSR een samenwerkingsovereenkomst gesloten met energiecoöperatie Energie-U voor het bouwen van een zonnepark aan de Meijewetering (naast de RWZI Leidsche Rijn). HDSR en Energie-U hebben het zonnepark gezamenlijk ontwikkeld, en zijn in de samenwerkingsovereenkomst overeengekomen dat 1/3e deel van dit zonnepark eigendom wordt van HDSR en 2/3e deel van Energie-U. Er is sprake van een gelijkwaardige samenwerking, waarbij HDSR optreedt als penvoerder bij de aanbesteding en projectleider bij de realisatie.
Bij de ontwikkeling bleek dat vanwege de netcongestie teruglevering van de stroom aan het net niet mogelijk was. Daarom heeft HDSR een directe aansluiting gemaakt tussen het zonnepark en de RWZI. Alle opgewekte stroom, zowel van het HDSR-deel als het Energie-U deel gaat direct naar de RWZI. Deze gewijzigde omstandigheden maakt dat afname door HDSR van alle opgewekte stroom van het zonnepark nu de meest passende oplossing is gebleken.
