The subject of the contract is the supply of fuel for the needs of the Municipal Units of Ellomenos, Karyas-Sfakiotis and Kalamos-Kastos with a total estimated cost of 180,373.30 €. Each tenderer may participate in the tender by submitting a tender to one sub-group, one group, or more groups or sub-groups or all sub-groups and groups of the indicative budget, but for all the items and quantities of each sub-group. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the criterion of the most economically advantageous tender, on the basis of the price. Offer prices in euros for liquid fuels should be given at a discount percentage (%) on the average monthly retail selling price of each type (motor oil, unleaded petrol and heating oil) of the Liquid Fuel Price Observatory of the Ministry of Development and Investment for the specific regional unit of the prefecture where the contractor's headquarters will be located. The discount rate offered will be fixed and unchanged and will be for the entire duration of the supply and will not be subject to revision for any reason.
