Description

Lot 21: Photovoltaic installations: The Burgenlandkreis is expanding an object owned by the Burgenlandkreis, including the outdoor facilities, into a security centre. The property in question is located in the industrial area of the village of Wethau, which belongs to the city of Naumburg (Saale). The plot is within the scope of development plan No. 3 of the municipality of Wethau Gewerbepark I "Über dem Rosental" on the B87/180. The area is located southwest of the city of Naumburg (Saale) and borders directly on the federal road B180. For the conversion of the area into a fire brigade technical headquarters and district training area, numerous construction measures are required both on the existing building and in the area of the outdoor facilities, some of which have already been completed. PV systems are to be erected on the buildings of the cold hall (5 parking spaces and warehouses) with an inclined roof (new construction) and the fire brigade technical centre with hose wash (reconstruction/extension) with flat roof incl. hose tower. Dimensions cold hall: (LxWxH): 27mx11mx6m, roof design: Iso-roof panels (trapezoidal profiled) Dimensions FTZ with hose wash (LxWxH): 44mx25mx6m), roof design: Flat roof with foil sealing. On the inclined roof of the new Cold Hall and on the flat roof of the FTZ, grid-connected PV systems are to be built on a penetration-free substructure by means of solar modules. In addition, facade modules are to be mounted on the south and west walls of the hose tower. The facade modules must be approved by the building authorities.
