Description

I. Size and scope of the contract: Collecting all municipal waste from the Łambinowice Commune and transporting it from all property owners (inhabited residents and uninhabited - from uninhabited objects) - during the contract period and handing over the collected waste for management in the waste treatment installation selected by the Contractor (formerly RIPOK) and indicated in the offer. The scope of the contract also includes supplying the property with appropriate containers and bags and collection of bulky waste and waste electrical and electronic equipment from the area of the Łambinowice Commune. The area of the commune is 123.62 km2. The Łambinowice commune is currently inhabited by 6 722 inhabitants (the number of people registered as at 21.01.2025) and there are 300 business entities (as at 21.01.2025). The economic profile in the commune is typically rural. In the municipality there are no larger business entities. The collection of waste includes the collection of waste from: OK. 1600 single-family properties – but no more than 1630. from approx. 1000 people living in multi-family buildings (8 housing communities plus the Housing Cooperative) - no more than 1,100 people. The planned amount of waste to be collected and managed from the area of the Łambinowice Commune (basic scope) without the right of option: The scope of the contract includes the collection of municipal waste directly from the property in the following quantities – equal to the product of the quantity of Mg of collected and managed waste of individual types of waste and gross unit prices for 1 Mg of waste according to a monthly amount consistent with the collection of waste from the Łambinowice Commune: 1. Mixed waste – 3 600 Mg – but not more than 4 000 Mg 2. Separately collected waste: metals, plastics and multi-material packaging, i.e. Metals and plastics – including metal waste, including metal packaging waste, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste and multi-material packaging waste (collected in LDPE bags at single-family properties and in containers and bags collected from multi-family properties) – not more than: 600 Mg; (b)glass (colourless and coloured) — including colourless and coloured glass packaging (collected in LDPE bags at single-family properties and in containers and bags collected from multi-family properties) — not more than: 330 Mg; (c)paper - including paperboard, packaging waste from paper and paperboard (collected in LDPE bags at single-family properties and in containers and bags collected from multi-family properties) - not more than: 200 Mg; (d)bio-waste -(collected in LDPE bags at single-family properties and in containers and bags collected from multi-family properties) - not more than: 800 Mg. (e) Large-scale waste - (stock collections 2 times from a bag in front of the property or from a designated square in the case of multi-family properties) - no more than: 250 Mg (f) used tyres - (stock collections 2 times a bag from in front of the property or from a designated square in the case of multi-family properties - no more than: 40,00Mg g) Used electrical and electronic equipment - (stock collections 2 times from a bag in front of the property or from a designated square in the case of multi-family properties) - no more than: 12 Mg The planned amount of waste to be collected and managed from the area of the Łambinowice Commune with the right of option: 1. Mixed waste – 1000 Mg 2. Separately collected waste: (d)bio-waste - (collected in LDPE bags at single-family properties and in containers and bags collected from multi-family properties) - 300 Mg. e) Large-scale waste - (stock collections 2 times from the bag in front of the property or from the designated square in the case of multi-family properties) - 100 Mg f) used tyres - (stock collections 2 times from the bag in front of the property or from the designated square in the case of multi-family properties - 15 Mg g) Used electrical and electronic equipment - (stock collections 2 times from the bag in front of the property or from the designated square in the case of multi-family properties - 4 Mg 3. The expected amount of waste to be collected and managed from the Łambinowice Commune covered by the option right: That's an additional 1,419 milligrams. The Ordering Party reserves the right to exercise the option (in whole or in part) in the event that it is in the interest of the Ordering Party and results from its current needs – after completing the scope of the basic contract. The Ordering Party shall provide the Contractor with written information on the need to exercise the right of option as part of the performance of the contract. The right of option is a unilateral right of the Ordering Party, which it can, but is not obliged to use as part of the implementation of the subject of the contract. If the Ordering Party does not exercise the Contractor's option right, no claims are entitled to this. If the Ordering Party exercises the option right, the Contractor's contractual obligation is to perform the performance to the extent covered by the option right used. The contracting authority has the right to exercise the option right several times after completing the scope of the basic contract – however, until the maximum scope of the option right has been exhausted. The collection of waste in excess of the right of option requires an amendment of the contract. Activation of the option will not require an amendment to the contract.
