Description

Lolland Spildevand A/S (hereinafter "Builder") wishes to establish a pyrolysis plant at Nakskov Wastewater Treatment Plant (RA), which will treat sewage sludge from the client's six wastewater treatment plants, Nakskov RA, Hunseby RA, Rødbyhavn RA, Søllested RA, Dannemare RA and Horslunde RA (hereinafter "the project"). The project includes a sludge dewaterer for dewatering the sewage sludge from Nakskov RA, as well as a building that can contain plants and installations, as well as all surrounding fortification and fencing. The sewage sludge from the five other treatment plants is transported by car to Nakskov for pyrolysis. The proposed turnkey contract comprises the following main services: - Obtaining relevant permits, licences and regulatory approvals - Construction - Sludge supply and sludge dewaterer - Pyrolysis plant - Electrical works - SRO works. In addition to the main services described above, options are included in the tendered contract. Please refer to the section on options in the contract notice. In the contract notice, the client stated that the contract was to be concluded on 17 September 2024. The developer notes that this date only reflects the expected time of contracting. The contract to be awarded shall be put out to tender without a predetermined start and end date, the contract being terminated when each party has fulfilled its obligations under the contract. The end date indicated in the end date field of the contract notice shall be the expected date of final delivery.
