This framework agreement concerns plastic surgery and is divided into four lots. One lot concerns plastic surgery after massive weight loss, one partial contact concerns breast surgery and abdomen pendens and two partial contacts concern archorections, skin cancer and fibrosis of the skin. The purpose of the offer is to ensure a short waiting time for patients and to ensure compliance with the investigation and treatment deadlines. The Region therefore wishes to enter into cooperation agreements with one or more private hospitals, clinics or medical specialists who can carry out examination and surgery within the applicable deadlines from the time of referral. The tender is also intended to support the Ordering Entity's overall objective of being able to provide treatment at a high level. This must be done on the basis of the right quality, the right level of service, and the most advantageous price.
