1. The subject of the contract is - under the conditions described in the contract to be concluded between the Employer and the Contractor, SWZ and in the Contractor's offer - the successive transfer to the Contractor by the Employer of waste classified under code 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from the mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11, for further management, in the types and quantities specified below. 2. The subject of the contract includes: a) Waste classified under code 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those mentioned in 19 12 11, constituting a 0-80 mm fraction separated by the mechanical treatment of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste and subsequently subjected to a biological treatment using biological drying processes and a mechanical treatment process in the amount of 9200 Mg (+/-) 10 Mg (quantitative differences may result from storage conditions and the technical and technological solutions of the weighing system used), but not less than 500 Mg (minimum service). b) Packaging of waste: Waste in bulk. 3. These cards will be issued in accordance with the Waste Act. The Contractor will be responsible for confirming by the Installation Operator the weight and type of Waste specified in each Waste Transfer Card issued by the Ordering Party, in accordance with the Waste Act. 6) If the shipment of Waste is of an international nature, the documents specified in Regulation (EC) No 1013/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 June 2006 on shipments of waste (Journal of Laws No. EU L 190/1, as amended). The documents will be drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the above-mentioned Regulation. 7) The Contractor undertakes to manage the waste handed over to him by the Ordering Party in accordance with applicable law, in particular with the provisions on the management of waste resulting from the mechanical-biological treatment of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste. 8) The Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with a statement on the final method of waste management. The declaration must contain at least the following information: the name and address of the installation to which the waste was transferred for final management – i.e. recovery, final treatment of the waste, i.e. R1 and date/period of waste transfer. The declaration must be submitted within 14 days from the date of transfer of the Waste to the installation mentioned in the declaration.
