„Servicii pentru extragerea – introducerea țevilor de extracție sub presiune în sondele de gaze naturale (snubbing)” Estimări ale cantităților minime și maxime care ar putea fi solicitate pe durata întregului acord cadru: - Minim: 6 operații; - Maxim: 50 operații. Estimări ale cantităților minime și maxime care ar putea fi solicitate pe unui contract subsecvent: - Minim: 3 operații; - Maxim: 25 operații. Termenul limită pentru depunerea solicitărilor de clarificari de către operatorii economici: cu 18 zile inainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor. Entitatea contractantă va raspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificari în a 11-a zi înainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor. Entitatea contractantă nu raspunde solicitărilor de clarificari postate după termenul limită mai sus menționat.
