Description

The project will increase knowledge and the use of innovative and resilient cropping methods and strengthen the adaptive potential of the Zambian agricultural sector against the negative effects of climate change. Access to climate and weather data is improved and market-oriented farmers have the capacity to integrate this data into their farm planning and decision-making.
The target group includes technical staff trained to apply the new technologies and provide institutional services in this area, technical staff trained in weather and soil humidity monitoring, market-oriented farmers from Zambia, students from Zamian agricultural colleges of gart and ZASTI, and AKTC and gart staff.
