Description

The Tammela brick school (building 2) is located in the Tammela district at Ilmarinkatu 17, 33500 Tampere. The southern end of the building, which is protected according to the approved town plan, will be renovated and the northern parts will be replaced by a new building. The project pilots the reuse of construction products in accordance with the city plan regulation and the City of Tampere's circular economy guidelines. The form of the contract is a shared contract. The contractor for civil engineering works acts as the main contractor and the main contractor referred to in the legislation, who is responsible for the management duties of the construction site. Plumbing, ventilation, electrical and building automation works are carried out as subordinated side contracts for the main contract. Demolition works are included in the main contract.
