The purpose of the framework agreement is the supply of Microsoft software licences and services under the Campus Agreement ‘x20-04699’ (see annex to the framework agreement ‘Campus and School Contract’), taking into account the addendum ‘aex_EES_BBG_2013’ (see Annex to the Framework Agreement ‘Amendment to the Campus and School Subscription Framework Agreement’) or equivalent from the conclusion of the framework agreement for the aforementioned contracting entities, in order to maintain existing system environments, supplement existing licences and re-purchase similar licences.
