Description

La consultation est passée selon la procédure de l'appel d'offres ouvert en vertu des Articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 1° et R.2161-2 à R.2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Elle donnera lieu à deux accords-cadres mono-attributaire avec émission de bons de commande sans minimum et avec maximum en application des articles R.2162-2, R.2162-4 2° et R.2162-13 à R.2162-14 du CCP. La durée du contrat débutera à compter de la date de notification du marché pour une durée globale de 48 mois (12 mois fermes et 36 mois éventuels). Il s'agit de prestations de nettoyage des opérations neuves d'ACM HABITAT que ce soit en phase chantier, au moment de la livraison ou après l'entrée des occupants
