Extended Product Guarantee: minimum 12 months and maximum 36 months. Deadline for replying to requests for clarifications: no later than 10 days before the closing date for the submission of tenders. If the economic operator(s) fails to submit the request(s) for clarification in a timely manner, thus making it impossible for the contracting authority to comply with the prescribed deadline (13 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders), the contracting authority will respond to the request(s) for clarification to the extent that the time needed to prepare and submit the response makes it possible for economic operators to receive it before the deadline for the submission of tenders.
