1. The subject of the contract is the successive collection, transport and management of waste in the amount of min. 4 000 Mg and max. 4 500 Mg. with code 19 12 12 (surface fraction > 80 mm) produced in Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami Komunalnych Sp. z o.o. in Rzędów. 2. Wastes with code 19 12 12 (overset fraction > 80 mm) i.e. other wastes (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of wastes generated at the premises of Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami Komunalnych Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością w Rzędowie. 3.
