Description

Numbering in accordance with the Specifications of the Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as SWZ) available on the purchasing platform at https://zamowienia-mrpips.ezamawiajacy.pl/pn/zamowienia-mrpips/demand/188807/notice/public/details 3.1. The subject of the contract are services related to the WUP-Viator system in the field of: development; b) administering and correcting failures and errors; c) support Users, including: - provision of helpdesk services, - organisation and carrying out of stand consultations, - organisation and participation in meetings of the WUP-Viator User Council. 3.3 For the purpose of drawing up tenders, the Contracting Authority allows the following to be made available for inspection: 1. User documentation WUP-Viator, 2. Technical documentation WUP-Viator, 3. ‘Description of the processing’ constituting Annex 3 to the contract for entrusting the processing of personal data (Annex 8 to the PPU). 3.4 The documentation referred to in point 3.3 will be made available at the written request of the contractor, submitted via the Platform. The Ordering Party shall make the documents available on weekdays (excluding non-working days), between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., at the headquarters of the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy at ul.
