Description

Daily and periodical cleaning service for The Norwegian Immigration Appeals Board (UNE), henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority. The Awarding Authority’s premises in Oslo City are spread over 6 floors and amount to 13 000 m². The activity is a governmental office company and the premises mainly comprise of individual offices, meeting rooms, canteen, sanitary room and various storages. The agreement period is expected to be 4 years with option for 1 year prolongation. The estimated contract value is between 2 500 000 – 5 000 000 NOK dependent on any options. It may be relevant to expand the agreement to include canteen services, fruit delivery as well as flower rental with maintenance agreement.
